iBalloon is a special app created by “Accademia del Palloncino Italiano” in cooperation with “Gemar” that offers a series of step by step tutorials for making decorations and compositions with The Italian Balloon.
The application is available in three languages, Italian, English and Russian, and gives the possibility to choose between different categories of events: parties, birthdays, weddings, flowers, love, Christmas, Halloween and much more.
Each "tutorial" includes a photo of the decoration in a special setting, a technical explanation with step by step photo’s to assist you during the creation and a detailed list of materials needed for the decoration of your choice.
